Showing Untrusted HTML in Four Toolkits at Once
Adding YHtmlView to python-manatools meant one widget on QtWebEngine, WebKitGTK, ncurses and a browser iframe — and the decision that made it tractable was refusing to trust any of them. The sanitizer sits above the backends; every engine is locked down anyway, as if the sanitizer did not exist.
